The Chestnut House does not accept pets
Maximum occupancy of the house is 6 guests
Violation of these policies may result in additional cleaning and/or repair charges
Cancellations
30 day advance notice is required to cancel a reservation.
If you cancel outside the cancellation period noted above, the following fee will be charged if the house cannot be rented to another party:
15-30 days 1 nights lodging will be charged
0-14 days cost of lodging is non-refundable
